Based upon reaching our minimum goal of $120,000 in overall corporate sponsorship, SPONSOR’s logo will receive secondary level placement exposure (approximately one-half the size of Presenting Sponsor’s logo) in the following Media:
SPONSOR’s logo would tag a minimum of 24 thirty second (:30) TV spots on Media Spnsor (WCBS-TV in 2003) in a rotational schedule over the last 2 weeks in September 2005 leading up to the Walk (approximate Value $20,000-reaching a minimum of 1,485,000 viewers in the The NY Designated Market Area)
SPONSOR’s logo would be featured in minimum of 2 half page ads in the Village Voice (Value: $8778) (weekly circulation 252,504, readers per copy 2.74 total readership- 690,000)
Viacom Outdoor Media provded a billboard package in 2003. SPONSOR's logo would be featured on interior bus cards in up to 1000 buses in the five boroughs over a one-month period leading up the 2003 event (Value: $18,000-weekly readership 15,246,000-Circulation 30,492,000)
WOR Radio was a sponsor for the DV Walk/Run in 2002 and 2003. Based on expected renewal for 2005 event, WOR will provide a minimum, of five hundred and sixty (560) sixty second (:60) spots over a two month period leading up to the event-(10 spots per day in morning, afternoon and evening drive times (Value: $168,000-WOR weekly cum.- 954,570 listeners) We expect that SPONSOR will be tagged in a minimum of one hundred and fifty (150) of these WOR spots on a rotating basis throughout the 2-month period (Value approx $33,000)

We are also in discussions with several other print media outlets including MARIE CLAIRE MAGAZINE, NEW YORK DAILY NEWS, NEW YORK TIMES, GLAMOUR MAGAZINE and GOOD HOUSEKEEPING. We expect to receive additional print media for the event that will provide additional logo exposure for SPONSOR.
DAY OF EVENT EXPOSURE
SPONSOR’s logo exposure will be seen on up to 5 banners that will be strategically placed along the course for easy media pick up. These banners would be supplied by SPONSOR
SPONSOR’s logo will be featured on 10,000 Event programs that will be distributed the day of the Event
SPONSOR’s logo featured on Event stage
SPONSOR’s logo will be featured on the back of the Event T-shirt that will be given to 6000 Event participants & volunteers
SPONSOR will be given a booth at the Event site to display your company’s product and/or information provided by DV Walk/Run.
SPONSOR will be given the use of a hospitality tent to entertain important advertisers, employees, and other VIPs. (Value $50 per guest). (SPONSOR may invite up to 6 guests) .
SPONSOR will be given a half-page advertisement in Event program
Exclusivity in SPONSOR’s category of product and/or service
ADDITIONAL PRINT & PRE-EVENT EXPOSURE
SPONSOR’s logo exposure will be featured on the Event brochure that will be distributed throughout the business community in New York City. 50,000 brochures, in both English and Spanish, will be distributed over a three-month period
SPONSOR’s logo will be featured on the DV Walk/Run newsletters that will be distributed throughout the New York Area in spring of 2003 and in the three months preceding the Event (Total newsletters 10,000)
SPONSOR’s logo featured on Event letterhead
SPONSOR’s logo will be featured on 10,000 posters, in both English and Spanish, which will be distributed throughout New York City in the three months preceding the Event
SPONSOR’s logo featured on Walk to End Domestic Violence 2005 Web site
SPONSOR’s banner will be featured at the pre-Event fundraiser to be held in September of 2005
SPONSOR’s logo will be featured at all press conferences held throughout 2005
SPONSOR’s logo will be featured on all press releases and result sheets that are distributed throughout New York City
Training programs and speakers are available for SPONSOR’s employees focusing on domestic violence in the workplace
