Based upon reaching our minimum goal of $120,000 in overall corporate sponsorship, SPONSOR’s logo will receive most prominent exposure in the following Media:
SPONSOR’s logo would tag a minimum of 24 thirty second (:30) TV spots on WCBS-TV in a rotational schedule over the last 2 weeks in September 2005 leading up to the Walk (approximate Value $20,000-reaching a minimum of 1,485,000 viewers in the The NY Designated Market Area)
SPONSOR’s logo would appear in the most prominent position in minimum of 2 half page ads in the Village Voice (Value: $8778) (weekly circulation 252,504, readers per copy 2.74 total readership- 690,000)
Viacom Outdoor Media provided a billboard package for 2003. SPONSOR's logo would most prominently appear on interior bus cards in up to 1000 buses in the five boroughs over a one-month period leading up the 2005 event. (Value: $18,000-weekly ridership 15,246,000-Circulation 30,492,000)
WOR Radio was a sponsor of the DV Walk/Run in 2002 and 2003. Based on expected renewal for the 2005 event, WOR will provide a minimum, of five hundred and sixty (560) sixty second (:60) spots over a two month period leading up to the event-(10 spots per day in morning, afternoon and evening drive times. (Value: $168,000-WOR weekly cum.- 954,570 listeners) We expect that SPONSOR will be tagged in a majority of WOR spots on a rotating basis throughout the 2-month period

We are also in discussions with several other print media outlets including MARIE CLAIRE MAGAZINE, NEW YORK DAILY NEWS, NEW YORK TIMES, GLAMOUR MAGAZINE and GOOD HOUSEKEEPING. We expect to receive additional print media for the event that will provide further logo exposure for SPONSOR.
DAY OF EVENT EXPOSURE
Exclusivity in SPONSOR’s category of product and/or service.
SPONSOR’s logo exposure will be seen on up to 10 individual banners that will be strategically placed along the course for easy media pick up. These banners would be supplied by SPONSOR
SPONSOR’s logo will be most prominently displayed on 10,000 event programs that will be distributed the day of the Event
SPONSOR’s logo most prominently displayed on Event stage
Opportunity for SPONSOR to welcome participants during opening ceremonies
SPONSOR’s logo will be most prominently displayed on the back of the Event t-shirt that will be given to 6000 Event participants
SPONSOR will be given a booth at the event site to display your company’s product and/or information provided by DV Walk/Run
SPONSOR will be given the use of a hospitality tent to entertain important advertisers, employees, and other VIPs (Value $50 per guest). (SPONSOR may invite up to 20 guests)
SPONSOR will be given a full-page advertisement in Event program
ADDITIONAL PRINT & PRE-EVENT EXPOSURE
SPONSOR’s logo exposure will be most prominently displayed on the Event brochure that will be distributed throughout the business community in New York City. 50,000 brochures, in both English and Spanish, will be distributed over a three-month period
SPONSOR’s logo will be most prominently displayed on the DV Walk/Run newsletters that will be distributed throughout the New York Area in spring of 2005 and in the three months preceding the Event (Total newsletters 10,000)
SPONSOR’s logo most prominently featured on Event letterhead
SPONSOR’s logo will be most prominently displayed on 10,000 posters, in both English and Spanish, which will be distributed throughout New York City in the three months preceding the Walk
SPONSOR’s logo most prominently featured on Walk to End Domestic Violence 2005 Web site
SPONSOR’s banner will be most prominently displayed at the pre-Event fundraiser to be held in September of 2005
SPONSOR’s banner will be most prominently displayed at all press conferences and educational conferences held throughout 2005.
SPONSOR’s logo will be most prominently displayed on all press releases and result sheets that are distributed throughout New York City.
