Based upon reaching our minimum goal of $120,000 in overall corporate sponsorship, SPONSOR will receive exposure in following Media:

SPONSOR’s would be listed in minimum of 2 half page ads in the Village Voice (Value: $8778) (weekly circulation 252,504, readers per copy 2.74 total readership- 690,000)

We are also in discussions with several other print media outlets including MARIE CLAIRE MAGAZINE, NEW YORK DAILY NEWS, NEW YORK TIMES, GLAMOUR MAGAZINE and GOOD HOUSEKEEPING. We expect to receive additional print media for the event that will provide additional exposure for SPONSOR.

DAY OF EVENT EXPOSURE

SPONSOR’s name will be listed on 10,000 Event programs that will be distributed the day of the Event

SPONSOR’s name will be seen on Event stage

SPONSOR will be given a table at the Event site to display your company’s product and/or information provided by DV Walk/Run.

SPONSOR will be given an eighth-page advertisement in Event program

ADDITIONAL PRINT & PRE-EVENT EXPOSURE

SPONSOR will be listed on the Event brochure that will be distributed throughout the business community in New York City. 50,000 brochures, in both English and Spanish, will be distributed over a three-month period

SPONSOR will be listed on the DV Walk/Run newsletters that will be distributed throughout the New York Area in spring of 2005 and in the three months preceding the Walk. (Total newsletters 10,000)

SPONSOR will be listed on 10,000 posters, in both English and Spanish, which will be distributed throughout New York City in the three months preceding the Event

SPONSOR will be listed on Walk to End Domestic Violence 2005 Web site

SPONSOR will be listed in all press releases and result sheets that are distributed throughout New York City.
